U.S. First Bureau Issue, picturing George Washington, paying the 2 cent first-class rate on an advertising cover for the Bissell & Company in Pittsburgh. The cover, which was mailed to Unity, Pennsylvania from Pittsburgh on November 19, 1895, has a large advertisement on the front saying they have "TRIUMPH RANGES" and "PEERLESS GRATES" and there is a Unity, PA receiving backstamp dated November 20, 1895. The cover has some toning at the edges (see scans).
