U.S. Scott 567 the 20 cent Fourth Bureau Issue picturing the Golden Gate Bridge on an advertising cover for the Commercial Casualty Insurance Company in New York City. The cover, which was mailed locally on May 4, 1928, has a picture of the company logo with two men pushing a wheel and the words "STRENGTH" and "SERVICE" on the front. The stamp was cancelled with a mute duplex machine cancel, which is quite unusual on a registered cover. There is a May 5th receiving mark on the reverse.
