U.S. Scott 720 on a cover with the advertising corner card for the Leehigh Valley Railroad Cpmpany in New York City. The cover, which was mailed from the Hudson Terminal in New York City on June 20, 1933 has "RECEIVED IN BAD CONDITION - N.Y.P.O. - HUD. TERM." marking and has three Scott OX21 Post Office seals repairing the damage to the cover. The Scott 2018 catalog value for a single OX21 seal on cover is $10.
