In addition to the cachet picturing Penn, there are hand stamps on the front and reverse pertaining to Penn. The one on the front pictures a nwampum belt given to Penn by local Indians and the one on the reverse pictures the Old Court House in Newcastle where Penn received the symbols of proprietorship.
