Description: Strip of 10, strip of 9, strip of 8, and a single paying $2.70 in postage on a 90 ounce First-Class piece. Addressed to The Commonwealth Fund and containing an air mail etiquette label that is mostly covered by the stamps. The Commonwealth Fund, which promotes "affordable quality healthcare for everyone" was founded in 1918 and is located in New York City. The piece was mailed locally in New York City on August 14, 1956 from Grand Central Station.
