ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Following are answers to some questions that we get asked frequently. If you don't see the answer to your question, go to our Contact page and E-mail or call us and we will be happy to assist you.

1:ORDERS

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill an order, or portion of an order, you will be contacted immediately and payment for the item(s) will be refunded. Orders under $50 are subject to a shipping and handling charge. If you purchase multiple items that are listed as being available in our store and we are unable to fulfill the entire order, thus reducing the total purchase to under $50, we will still ship for free.

2:SHIPPING

Unless it is a weekend,we are on vacation, or at a show, our policy is to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. That means that once payment is posted to our bank or Paypal account, we will ship within 24 hours. If you wish to pay by check or money order, we will ship once the funds are deposited and available in our bank account.

Shipping for most items or groups of items costing $50 or more is free to U.S. addresses ($100 or more to Canadian addresses). If any item is excluded from free shipping, it is noted in the item description.

3:PARTIAL PAYMENT

For new customers, we normally expect full payment at time of purchase. If you are a new customer and wish to make timed payments, please contact us to make arrangements. In such instances, if we agree to timed payments, we will hold shipment until all payments are received.

 

We will consider shipping to previous customers, who have a record of timely payments, upon receipt of an agreed upon partial payment.

4:RETURNS

With the exception of collections and other large lots, which are not returnable, we will accept returns, for any reason, for up to 30 days from the shipment date as long as the item(s) being returned are in the same condition as when they were sent. If an item is received in damaged condition, advise us immediately upon receipt and we will either refund the purchase price or replace the item with one of equal quality.
