Description: Censored air mail envelope mailed to the International Red Cross in Geneva, Switzerland from New York City with 16 of the 25¢ Prexie and 10 of the 10¢ Prexie. The envelope contained $5 in postage, which either overpays an eight ounce letter by 20¢ or underpays an 8.5 ounce letter by 10¢ as the FAM rate to Europe was 30¢ per half ounce.
