4½¢ Horizontal Coil Paying Third Class Rate + Minimum Insurance Fee
A 1½¢ single piece rate per two ounces was in affect prior to April 1, 1945 for standard third class mail weighing up to eight ounces. Currently, the number of solo uses of the 4½¢ paying that rate for an up to 2 ounce piece plus the minimum insurance fee of 3¢ is: 1.
