Description: Free-franked parcel wrapper, dated January 1939, bearing signature of Grace Coolidge and a 10¢ Prexie paying the insurance fee for an item with a value from $5.01 to $25.

Owner/Source: Lot 1383 in Schuyler Rumsey Philatelic Auctions Catalog for Sale No. 92 with items from Robert Schlesinger's Prexie Postal History Exhibit. Lot realized $1,900.
