U.S. Scott 1047, the 20 cent Liberty issue stamp (2 copies) picturing Monticello on a UC10 8 cent stamped envelope paying the 8 cent air mail rate, 10 cent return receipt fee, and 30 cent certified mail fee, a rate/fee combination that was only in effect between March 26, 1966 and January 7, 1968. The envelope contains a Salt Lake City, Utah American Cancer Society Slogan cancel, but the date is unreadable. There is a small tear and small hole in envelope on right side below the stamps.
