U.S. Scott 319, the 2 cent George Washington Second Bureau issue paying the 2 cent first-class rate. The cover was post marked in West Seneca, New York on December  27, 1904 and was received in Westfield on December 28th. There is also a Buffalo, New York December 27th transit marking on the reverse. The addressee was unknown or could not be located so the letter was "ADVERTISED" and held until January 9, 1905. Evidently, the addressee picked up the letter as it shows no evidence of being returned to West Seneca.
