U.S. Scott 825 and 807 (5 copies) Prexies/Prexys paying the 6 cent first-class rate for double weight letter, a 25 cent  registration fee on a cover with an indemnity value greater than $50 and less than or equal to $75, and a 4 cent surcharge for an item with the declared value greater than the indemnity value that was paid for by the sender. The letter was mailed April 1, 1946, from Pprtland, Indiana to Grand Rapids, Michigan, where it was received on April 2, 1946. The cover also has two U.S. Army censor markings. One of the 3 cent stamps is damaged (see scans).
