Cover was likely mailed in the 1940s as the rate was in effect through the end of 1948. The cover contains the Haven of Rest corner card with a logo picturing a ship and steering wheel. The Haven of Rest ministry was founded by radio personality Paul Meyers and, at that time, had its headquarters in a building built to resemble a ship with portholes and with the logo on the cover emblazoned on the sides of the building.
