Scott WX92 1938 Christmas seal  tied to a cover with U.S. Scott 807, the 3 cent Prexie issue, picturing President Thomas Jefferson, where the  3 cent stamp paid the 3 cent first-class rate. The cover was mailed from the Martinsburg, West Virginia to Roanoke, Virginia on December 18, 1938. It contains a second WX92 seal (untied) on the reverse.
